Dumpster rental basics and details

The rental amount includes one dump. Delivery, tax, and credit card fees are all covered in this amount.

Overweight fees

  • Each size container has a weight limit. Exceeding the weight limit will
    result of a $90 per ton overage charge.

County and City fees

  • There is a $35 one-time fee per address for any dumpster set in
    Gwinnett County.
  •  There is a $35 one-time fee per address for any dumpster set within the
    city limits of Woodstock.

Mattress Fees

  • Landfills charge additional fees per mattress (typically averaging $30).

Please allow 2-3 days when placing a new order.

You do not need to be onsite; we will place the container based on the instructions
provided.

We can deliver as early as 5AM, if permitted by your local jurisdiction.

You can keep the dumpster for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the container will need to be emptied and returned or picked up.

We do not automatically pick up the dumpster. Customer must call it in.

We allow one courtesy call to schedule an empty and return or a final pick up. If no response, dumpster will be scheduled for a final pick up.

Container will be emptied within 1-2 days from the day of schedule. *May be subject to extended wait times during peak season.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American
Express.

Credit cards are charged the next business day after service date.

We do not allow the following:

  • Tires
  • Batteries
  • Rubber Tracks
  • Compressed Cylinders
  • Railroad Tracks
  • Railroad Crossties
  • Paint Cans (must be completely dried out)
  • A/C Condensing Units
  • Hazardous Waste
  • Chemical Waste
  • Human Waste
  • Household Garbage

The rear gate of the container can be opened for walk-in access. We ask that you
completely shut and latch it back prior to scheduling a service.

Dumpsters have steel wheels and steel rails that may damage driveways. We always
recommend placing plywood at the desired placement location to avoid damaging
concrete or asphalt. Double-D Roll Off is NOT responsible for repairing damage to
driveways.

Runoff from rain can mix with contents in the dumpster resulting in stains on the
driveway. Double-D Roll Off is NOT responsible for driveway stain removal.

We do not provide plywood to place the dumpster on.

The maximum loading level for a 20-yard container with concrete, dirt, or asphalt is ¾ full.

We will call the customer and ask them to offload the container. Due to the safety of
our employees, we do not allow our drivers to offload an overloaded dumpster. A $150
charge will be applied if overloaded when we arrive. We do not allow any contents to
extend past the top rail of our dumpsters.

For a dumpster to be relocated onsite, a $100 relocation fee will be applied.

A dumpster can not be relocated from one address to the next without being emptied.

We can empty a container more than once on a given day if scheduled in advance.

We do offer permanent rental if the container is emptied at least once every 30 days.

We do not offer residential household trash service.

We do not offer portable toilet rental service.

Please call or email to cancel rental.

The dumpster gate must be shut and securely latched. Our drivers are not responsible
for closing the gate on a full dumpster.
